Welcome!

The District Wellness Committee meets on the 4th Thursday of every month, unless the district is on holiday that day. The committee meets from 3:30 to 4:30 at the Central Kitchen which is located at 600 E. Central Ave. The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 22nd. Please come if you are interested in serving on this committee. We are a diverse group of educators, coaches, administrators, board members, students, parents, food service personnel/dietitians, classified personnel and members of the community. Students who wish to attend a school other than their school of residence during the 2009-2010 school year must have a parent or guardian apply for a transfer. The application period begins Monday, December 1, 2008 and ends Thursday, January 15, 2009. Students now enrolled with a transfer need not reapply to remain at their present school. If your child was not accepted on a School of Choice during the current school year, a new application must be completed for the 2009-2010 school year. Applications are available at all school locations, and the Lompoc Unified School District Information Desk at 1301 North A Street.
